‘Scallop…rhymes with gallop. Gallop is what horses do. It was a natural combination.’

Err…we’ll take her word for it. But despite our reservations on her logic, we have to say the whole scallop-gallop thing is a genius move by our artist. The curves of the scallops add detailed decoration that follows the natural curvature of the horse’s back to add movement and grace to this striking art piece.
