Frame Guide

Step 1: Matting

Matting is a flat board that rests between the artwork and the frame’s glass. While it can give artwork an elevated aesthetic, you can also frame the artwork without a mat.

Tip: For the perfect mat width, just use the Golden Ratio: artwork length (in) x width (in) x 1.618, then round the result up!

Step 2: Framing

Now that you’ve decided on your mat,
it’s time for your frame. Each print comes with a 1” border for easy framing.

Tip: Professional framers can even trim the
1” border to be smaller.

Step 3: Ordering

Prints are shipped in a rolled mailer
or pre-framed by request. Just send me
a message through my contact form
for quotes.

Of note: Artwork larger than 13” x 19” comes rolled to prevent damage.
